Highlights: Memberships require a 12-month commitment and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership fees are billed monthly via automatic payment unless prepaid in full. 24-hour cancellation policy. Children under the age of 12 are strictly prohibited from entering the spa. Clients must be a teenager to receive a Teen Facial.
